Welcome to OBS ("One Business Season"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OBS platform, events, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OBS provides a global platform that connects entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and industry leaders through physical and virtual business events, networking tools, and marketplace services.

Using our services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the services. You may use our services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. You may not use content from our services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.

Your OBS account

You may need an OBS account in order to use some of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the activities that occur under your account. Please use a strong password and limit its use to this account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Service-related communications

We may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information related to your use of our services. You may opt out of some of these communications through your account settings.

By registering for events through OBS, you consent to receiving event-related communications including schedules, updates, and follow-up information from event organizers and sponsors.

Content in our services

Some of our services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive content to or through our services, you give OBS a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

Your obligations

As a user of OBS services, you agree to:

• Use the platform in a professional and respectful manner
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

Disclaimers & limitations

OBS provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Business uses of our services

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify OBS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the services or violation of these terms.

Modifying & terminating our services

We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. You can stop using our services at any time. OBS may also stop providing services to you, or add or create new limits to our services at any time.

If we discontinue a service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to export your information from that service.

About these terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service. You should look at the terms regularly. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
